The location was excellent, in the middle of everything and close to the metro
The elevator did not work on the last day
9 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026
The location is excellent. There is an elevator, which is always a plus (the apartment is on the 5th floor). The space is enough for two people. The balcony is a joy!
The apartment needs some maintenance - water damage on one of the walls, the shower-phone needs attention

Location
The pictures in the advertising don’t show what the reality is, the place is smaller, is not balcony, is not bidet in the bathroom, the air conditioner is very deficient and the room ( because is not an apartment ) get really hot, is not kitchen in the place .
