La localisation de l'appartement et la sécurité. Le logement est grand et insonorisé.
Le logement n'est pas en bon état général et sa gestion manque de suivi : quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons du descendre 7 sacs poubelles qui étaient sur le balcon. Les meubles sont abîmés notamment dans la salle de bain et le matériel de la cuisine est ancien (gazinière) et pose des problèmes de sécurité. Le nombre de couverts est insuffisant, et les choses proposées qui restent dans les armoires (condiments) sont des bouteilles vides. Canapé inconfortable dans le séjour. Certains rideaux sont décrochés et sales. Certaines lampes ne fonctionnent pas. Le séjour est très sombre. Le balcon donne sur l'arrière et n'est pas utilisable. Dans les armoires il y a beaucoup d'affaires personnelles du propriétaire. Pour le prix on s'attend une qualité bien supérieure.
