Great central location. Let us leave our bags an extra hour which was super helpful.

Need to leave out cash to pay the tourist tax. Is very expensive for a functional apartment that you wouldn’t choose to spend much time in (has little natural light). But I guess that’s just the price of Rome. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late (midnight). You have to buzz to get in and someone spoke to us in Italian without letting us in. I guess they seemed surprised, despite the 3 updates I’d sent about our timings, none of which were replied to. We were let in on the second press of the buzzer though, so all was well.

Great price for an amazing location. The jet tub in the bedroom was a nice added bonus.

Mattress could have been better.

The host is very helpful, attentive to our requests and easy to communicate. The location is really central and very close to the most beautiful McDonald's in Rome. We enjoyed the stay and the jacuzzi was great after a long day walk. Thank you so much!

Nice apartment just 1 minute from Piazza di Spagna and the red metro line, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious enough for a family and had everything we needed to prepare meals and coffee. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. A very comfortable stay.

The apartment was not spotlessly clean. We were asked to clean the dishes before leaving, but it seems the cleaner doesn't check them -some mugs were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The hot tub also didn’t appear very clean, although we didn’t plan to use it. Also, for a 3-night stay for a family of four, we received just one small sachet of shower gel/shampoo (similar to a tea bag) and two very small soap bars. Lastly, communication with the owner was a bit slow. I sent a message via the booking platform on Saturday morning, followed up again Sunday morning, and finally reached out via WhatsApp. I received a reply only on Sunday evening. It wasn’t an urgent issue, and the owner mentioned she had missed the messages-which may well be true-but it’s something to keep in mind.
