About this apartment rental
In Piazza di Spagna, completely renovated this apartment for 10 people overlooks the famous square! For families or groups of friends we can accommodate 10 people! Don't miss the occasion of an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Rome!
Located in the exclusive Piazza di Spagna, in an eighteenth century building, with lift and air conditioning.
Completely renovated with design elements treated in detail to a few steps from the shopping streets (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso) and from the major centers of cultural interest.
The three large bedrooms (with double beds) elegantly furnished and with soundproof windows will allow you to rest peacefully, all the rooms have a bathroom where you will also find a hairdryer.
Guests sleeping in the living rooms have two new and very comfortable sofa beds (both double) and a further bathroom in the common area.
The kitchenette is fully equipped (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron).
The whole apartment has free wi fi, in every room we have flat screen smart TVs.
You will surely have an unforgettable stay that will make you return to the eternal city!
Tourist tax of 3. 5 euros per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Our family of 9 had an incredible time in this spacious, ideally located Rome apartment! We all agreed we couldn’t have found a better apartment and location anywhere else in the city! All the historical sites are a 15-20 minute walk, or a short cab ride away. The apartment and its location was definitely a great plus for our trip!!! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a VRBO in Rome.

Apartment is a great size for a family and is in a perfect location with access to shops, restaurants and places to tour. Owners were also super helpful in making dinner reservations for us during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience Rome.
