About this apartment rental
The holiday home Margana Palace is a unique solution for vacation homes in Rome: there are 8 separate bedrooms for up to 18 persons. It is an independent palazzo with an independent entrance from the street level, spread out over three levels and with two entrances to the two apartments, all exclusively for you.
The first apartment is the one on the first floor above ground level and composed of 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a mezzanine with a double bed.
The space is completed by 3 bathrooms with showers, a welcoming dining room with a large table, and a kitchen.
A beautiful and ample terrace can be accessed from the kitchen. An outdoor lounge, chairs and dining table are an ideal ambiance to relax all together after a long day of sightseeing in the city.
This level is equipped with air conditioning and floor heating.
The second apartment is located on the second floor above ground and is in itself divided on two floors. On the lower level the master bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, and it is also equipped with sauna and jacuzzi. There are two other bedrooms, one for 2 and one for 1 person, and one double sofa bed in the living room. Five bathrooms with showers in total are available for our guests.
On the upper floor, our guests can find a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, each with en-suite bathrooms.
The second floor apartment can accommodate 9 people in total.
The living room with a kitchenette is situated on the main floor, so the entire group can gather around the large dining table for a savory dinner!

We are still astounded at the quality of everything in this VRBO unit. Our family of 9 adults and 4 kids had an amazing time here. The number of bathrooms made living together relaxing, the beautiful linens made sleeping luxurious, the gorgeous kitchen full of more than we needed; never ending coffee cups and wine glasses. Two laundry units allowed all of us to bring less and still have clean clothes each day. The large tables, the comfy sofas, the large courtyard space, the ideal location which was quiet but had 2 restaurants in the piazza, the kindness of the ROMAC team, and the kindness of the restaurant staff downstairs made us feel as though we had moved to this lovely place. Rome is busy and loud, but the Margana Palace really did make us feel like royalty. Let me stress the quality of everything including the most amazing "welcome gift" of high end Roman foodstuffs. Showers were hot, shampoo, conditioner and lotion was stocked in every bathroom. The main bedroom with bath and sauna was spacious with it's own patio which my husband used for watercolor painting. The large table in the courtyard had nearly all of our family doing watercolor painting each day. The unit is stunning. The quality of windows and doors of decor and sleek design pairing modern art with historic architecture is just amazing. We didn't need air conditioning, everything was very clean, we opened windows when we were in the unit. We recommend 100%

This is a wonderful property in a very good location. The staff is excellent and the rooms were clean.
Our area had a spacious kitchen with all the needed cooking utensil's. There were plenty of bathrooms and beds for our group of thirteen and a nice enclosed patio.
Everyone enjoyed this comfortable property. We would gladly stay again.

Well internet was slow and kicking us off vrbo says cable tv there wasent it was broken didnt try to fix till the last day wifi we couldnt even use with netflix lagging so bad told the propery manager she took several times a day to respond 1 toilet baday didnt work was suppose to have some one come monday to fix no one showed up 2 remotes. Didnt work and 1 ac controler she said she would replace the batterieris and she didnt didnt have hot water texted her the same night we arrived she didnt answer until later the next day so we had cold showers and the add says a gym we seen no gym nor did she show us one add says hot tub there isnt one
