Location was exceptional, and gorgeous Roman street view from the living room. Laundry facilities were fantastic with a separate washer & dryer. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable. A very spacious apartment.
Couch was awkward & not very comfortable. The dining table is squashy in the space. We were only a family of 4, I think this living area would get very tight if a bigger group.

Excellent location- right near awesome area of Rome- Spanish Steps. Huge apartment, perfect for 5 individuals or 3-4 couples. Each bedroom had own bathroom.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Older building so elevator was small. But small issues. Also, expensive.

the location was perfect despite the difficulty to reach there by your car
In general the property is good, however these some notes to be aware of: - Difficulty to reach by your car due to some traffic restrictions in that area (only taxes and special vehicles can access) - One of the rooms has too small beds which was unfortunately not shown in the pictures of the property which I see it somehow misleading. - Some important facilities was not available at the property such as Iron.
