This spacious and bright flat is located on the second floor of a 5-storey building (with lift). It is located in the Aurelio district in the main street leading to St. Peter's, just a 15-minute walk from the Basilica. In total there are 160 square metres at guests' disposal. With its 11 beds the apartment is therefore perfectly suited to accommodate groups or large families.
From the living room two large French windows lead onto one of the flat's two balconies.
The flat is on one floor and has a large entrance hall, a double living room, a super-equipped kitchen, a laundry room as well as three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two large balconies complete the accommodation.
Blue Room: with a king-size bed, a sofa that converts into two comfortable beds, a table with four chairs and a large wardrobe (capacity 4 persons) Red Room: with two single beds, a sofa bed, a desk and an armchair (capacity 3-4 persons) Pink Room Queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an armchair bed and a small armchair (capacity 3 people) The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (microwave oven, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, coffee corner with electric espresso machine, toaster, juicer, electric kettle), herbal teas and coffee, snacks and a table for lunch or breakfast.
