Perfect and big size, prime location

Everything is good

Firstly, the location of this property is outstanding. From some of the windows you can see the top of the Trevi fountain, that’s how close it is. Takes about one minute to walk from the front door to the Trevi fountain but has the convenience of still having taxis pull up to the front door making it easy for luggage transfer etc. The three bedroom apartment is renovated to a beautifully high standard. Absolutely stunning to look at inside.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property in the peak summer. It needs twice the amount of air air-conditioning units as what they had could not cope with the heat. With everything completely shut up, we would sit on the lounge absolutely sweating and it was unbearable. At night, it was still unbearable even with just a sheet on the bed. Fans need to be provided in every room if they don’t plan on increasing the air-conditioning. The third bedroom did not have air-conditioning at all only an evaporative cooler, which did nothing. The bathrooms while beautiful, were really dirty in the shower. The staff were incredibly quick in trying to resolve any issues but the dirt buildup was not from the previous guest - the showers had mouldy film over the tiles which would’ve taken weeks to build up. The washing machine did not work and while they were very quick to send somebody out to repair, it is broken and we were relying on it during our stay unfortunately.
