High vaulted ceilings & light & airy feeling are the first tangible impressions one senses entering this spacious, modern fully renovated home. Windows on 4 sides, modern country kitchen, terrace, 4 balconies, amazing greenery an oasis in Rome Center.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a late 18th century building which has an elevator. There are four balconies off of the front & the terrace is located on the same level, off of the rear of the apartment.
The large living room decorated in light colors, earth tones and soft varying textures has an L shaped sofa, large club arm chairs, & a 46 inch Smart TV. The 2000 square foot apartment has a cream colored travertine floor throughout, and is designed in the open space loft style.
The master bedroom has a temper pedic queen size bed, and en suite private bathroom fitted with natural slate floor, large stand up shower and separate bath tub.
Waking up to bird song is a poetic experience here in the back yard of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Natural light, pours in when you draw the drapes and start your day looking into the orange trees and garden which face both sides of the master bedroom and bath.
The second bedroom is perfect for a couple with a queen size bed, armoir and balcony.
The third bedroom features a custom built one and a half size bed with a second one and a half size bunk bed above. These custom beds are slightly shorter in length than standard beds so that they fit into the arched niche. This room is great for a couple, teens or children & there is a balcony with potted plants.
The second bathroom has a travertine stone stand up shower, toilet, sink and bidet, done in natural light colors.
The modern country style kitchen has a miele dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator, large stove and oven, plus a microwave oven.
The dining room is designed with whimsy allowing you to circle around the pillar, as well as walk out onto the terrace for dining outdoors, relaxing on the sofa after a day of visiting the monuments which are all within walking distance.
For those who prefer to get to the Vatican, or Piazza Spagne quickly, the METRO, ie the subway is directly across the street from the apartment at metro stop Cavour, on the B line, just one stop from Termini station.
The close location to the train station makes for an easy day trip to Florence, Pompeii, Venice, Positano, or anywhere in the country.

Beautiful apartment literally across the street from the Metro and next door to a grocery store. Apt is huge, with 3 very spacious bedrooms. It’s on the 4th floor but there is a lift that we used for our suitcases and for me and sometimes the kids. There is both a washer and a dryer that we used multiple times and there were also hair dryers in both bathrooms. There is also a Smart TV, so we were able to log into Netflix. The apartment was adequately heated, since it is winter time. The terrace looked lovely, but we never used it, since it’s wintertime. Host was a great communicator and quickly assisted us with additional information when the airline lost 2 of our bags. She left some wonderful sweets for us upon our arrival and also provides an extremely detailed booklet describing everything in the apt, as well as restaurant recommendations throughout the city. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Loved the screened in porch, high ceilings, good lighting, fun elevator, everything we could need. Great spa bathtub. Fairly quiet despite being on a major street near the Colosseum.
