The host waited for us outside to show us to the room. Even though the host speaks and understands limited English, he still showed us around the room and explained by gesturing as much as possible and was patient to 'answer' our questions. The first thing we noticed was that the room was large, spacious and clean. But the best thing was its ridiculously amazing view (from the window) of the sassi, especially so as we checked in during sunset. The shower was decently sized with good water pressure and hot water. There were plates, cutlery and a coffee machine for use. The air conditioner also works perfectly, and much appreciated in the hot summer days. Amazing location, close to and overlooking the sassi and in close proximity to many restaurants.

The stay was amazing. If I had to nitpick anything, it would only be that the power outlet was a little far on one side of the bed. If you have a long charging cable it will not be an issue for you.

The spring bed without a topper felt like a hospital bed. Balcony had a nice view but also 2 loud AC external units. Walls are also very thin. Overall not a set up to have a long lazy morning with a coffee on the balcony.

Premesso che la vista favolosa dalla finestra valeva da sola il soggiorno, ho solo note positive. La stanza è ampia, luminosa e freschissima. Spartana ma dotata di tutto. Molto gradito l'angolo con macchina del caffè, bollitore, te, biscotti, fette biscottate e marmellate, visto che la colazione non era inclusa. 2 bottigliette d'acqua in frigo pure. Bagno piccolo, ma molto ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Rocco, il gestore, molto gentile e disponibile. Fa servizio navetta per gli ospiti che parcheggiano fuori zona ZTL, perché il b&b è veramente in posizione centralissima. Non posso garantire che sia sempre così, ma l'aria fresca che entra dalla finestra anche queste torride notti d'agosto rende inutile il condizionatore e deliziose le notti. Ottima esperienza.
