The apartment is a real repurposed materan home at the end of a quiet alley. Great location. Just a few steps from the cathedral. Quiet enough at night because of the lateral position. Nice little bathroom freshly renovated. Comfy bed, large enough for a couple. Stable wi-fi even for working. Very kind and informative owner. Smooth and well-organized self check-in/out system.
The downsides are already clear in the description. The place fits perfectly in its price category. So, yes, it's lacking aircon, it's on the street level, fellow tourists can get a bit chatty at night in front of your door, and some of the appliances could be more modern if you're planning a longer stay - but once again: all things that are clear in the description, so it's your choice if that works for you or not.
