An absolutely wonderful hotel. Slap bang in the middle of the Sassi. Staff extremely attentive. Had a great time in the spa and a great massage. Would happily revisit.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Palazzo Gattini--the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and fun, the location is fantastic, the whole property is beautiful, the room and amenities are top knotch, and we felt so taken care of. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and will be back again!
