A Great Find at a Very Good Price!

Just a short distance outside the center of Paris, this very quiet apartment is spacious, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and clothes washing machine, plus the bathroom is a good size and there is lots of space to store one's belongings. The owner, Frederic, who had previously lived there for 30 years, met me at the door and was super friendly. Also, there is a nice sized dining table and electric blackout blinds both in the living room and bedroom. Nearby is a busy street with a very large supermarket, shops and restaurants and a metro stop about 3 blocks away. If I make a return visit to Paris any time soon and if this place is available, I will not hesitate to rent it again.

I have to scratch my head to come up with any complaints. The one thing I found missing was somewhere to place shampoo and conditioner in the shower, which I had to keep on its floor. That small detail is the only thing I can think of that was missing.

This is a beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment with kitchen, walk-in shower and spacious living & dining room area. It was located near shopping, a nearby canal that was great for jogging and walking, and nearby subway to Paris.

Zeer aangenaam!

Gezellig, lichtrijk appartement met goed bed in de slaapkamer, in toffe rustige buurt vlakbij parc de la villlette, mooi gemeentelijk zwembad uit de jaren 30, goede bakker, toffe brasserie op de hoek van de straat, aangename straat met bomen en op korte wandelafstand van de metro Hoche. Hoewel niet centrum Parijs, tof om een andere buurt te leren kennen en met de metro ben je zo in centrum Parijs. Goede wifi. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en zeer bereikbaar. Veilige parking recht tegenover tegen toeslag.

Slaapzetel is wel aan vervanging toe alsook de pannen in de keuken. De trappenhal ruikt niet zo aangenaam maar daar kan de eigenaar niet zo veel aan doen. Het was wel zeer warm maar het was dan ook een hittegolf en er was wel een ventilator die goed werkte.

Ruhige, geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, das Bad ist groß, modern und hat Fenster, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Nebenstraße ist ruhig. Zwei Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Excellent séjour dans un logement spacieux, calme et très bien équipé +++++

Tout était impeccable, l'accueil, l'appartement bien agencé, lumineux, très calme, bien équipé... les petits plus dans les placards (café, thé, etc) à disposition. Frédéric nous a très bien accueilli, à l'écoute de nos éventuels besoins.

Les matelas sont un peu "raides", mais rien d'insurmontable :)

Schöne Wohnung, nahe Metro, Gastronomie und Kanal. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

Sehr netter Kontakt und sehr sympathischer Gastgeber. Wohnung ist angenehm, hat ausreichend Platz, 2 kleine Balkone, gegen Aufpreis einen reservierten Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Modernes und helles Bad. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Metrostation und der Kanal sind problemlos fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden dort wieder buchen. Merci Beaucoup!

Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Kleinere Abstriche sind: Das Sofa ist ziemlich durchgesessen und von der Sauberkeit her hätte es noch etwas besser sein können. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gesört.
