Beautiful spacious unit. Weather was over 100° Coming home to a crazy hot unit was misery unit the sun went down. (No AC) The fans were needing replacement. The TV was streaming only...we don't stream, but would like access to sports & news. Locking the door was difficult, entering the "code" only worked half of the time. A few times we had to run out the garage & avoid the door sensor.
Funny challenge, but, annoying when you are in a hurry. Again, beautiful unit, just needs some attention to detail.

Convenient location. In a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great to have use of the garage for parking. Upstairs beds, bedding, towels all good. Master bedroom: bed is good, sheets and towels are dingy, old and scratchy, carpet has seen better days. Kitchen was good. Huge spice rack that has no salt or pepper. No dish towels, but lots of paper towels.

We couldn’t find the remote and asked them every day, for five days, to bring us one (we have 4 kids and we really need it one).
They always responded saying their local team was going to take care of it. They never did. We found the remote behind one of the beadboards on the last day. Very bad service. We have never had s problem in the States.
