About this house rental
Welcome to this brand new townhome located just a couple of blocks from all of the shops, bars and restaurants of downtown Columbia Falls. Located only 17 miles from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. This townhome and all furnishings are brand new as of the summer of 2025. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths over three floors of living space. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Please note there are two flights of stairs to access the three levels. The living room is on the top floor. The lower level has a single-car garage, kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace and half bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has several bunk beds. The third floor has the living room area with a large couch, smart tv, game table and balcony. There is a fourth bedroom with its own balcony on the third floor as well. There is no bathroom on the third floor. Both of the balconies face east and have great mountain views.
The condo is located directly downtown and is located amongst several great restaurants in beautiful downtown Columbia Falls. It is only 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 miles to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, and 25 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort.
Columbia Falls, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, dining, & live theater in Whitefish or Bigfork …the activities are endless. Downtown Columbia Falls is a quaint Montana town with some great restaurants, amazing access to Glacier National Park, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, access to the Flathead River for your fishing needs and a farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime.
