About this house rental
Welcome to Cedar Pointe Subdivision in Columbia Falls! Your perfect base lodge for Glacier National Park, Flathead River, Whitefish Mountain Resort and all that the Flathead Valley has to offer. The home is incredibly designed and meticulously cared for, with an open-concept living room and kitchen that flow seamlessly. The living room, kitchen, garage access (with mud room), and access to the backyard are on the main level. The three bedrooms plus a second living room with a flatscreen smart TV are located on the second floor. The large master suite has an attached bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, large master closet and king bed. It also has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, and one has a king. There is a private hot tub for after those long days of exploring. Double-car attached garage to keep your two cars out of the elements and store your toys. Cedar Pointe subdivision is located right along the banks of the Flathead River. Bring your fly rods and explore one of the most scenic and iconic rivers in all of Montana. There is air conditioning for those hot summer days. Mr. Coffee & K-Cup coffee maker, crockpot & blender in the kitchen.
The home is perfectly located just blocks from the restaurants and shops in beautiful Columbia Falls. Just 10 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, and 30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort.
We have a 60-day cancellation policy. More than 60 days' notice, full refund minus $100 administrative fee. Less than 60 days, no refunds.

The home was exactly as described clean ,well supplied.Everything was in perfect working order. Hot tub came in handy after a 12 mile hike.Neighbors were friendly also had paved walking area easily accessible, worked well since we had toddlers.Would booked this home every visit without a doubt.
