About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 91 m² flat in Lingolsheim which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor of a detached house (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
Day area
- Entrance hall with corridor and large storage area
- A 40 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed and south-facing dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : plancha, mini oven, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, on the outskirts of Strasbourg, in a very pleasant, quiet cul-de-sac setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Tourist sites : Natura Parc, Lac Achard park, Strasbourg (at the heart of Europe, a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Obernai (a medieval town on the wine route)...
- Sports activities : swimming pool, Iceberg ice rink, Rawing club rowing, canoeing/Kayak...
- Cultural visits : fly boat trips, tourist train, the Alsatian Museum, Strasbourg's Museum of Contemporary Art, etc.
- Gastronomic heritage : the Alsace wine route, baeckeoffe, kougelhopf, sauerkraut, etc.
- Events : Christmas market (at the end of the year), European fair, European Parliament, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
