Cocoonr offers this 78 m² flat in Lingolsheim to rent for up to 6 people.
Located on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 29 m² living room with a TV, a sofa bed (160×200) and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with two bunk beds.
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, complimentary toiletries, hoover, high chair and travel cot.
Outside:
- An 8 m² west-facing, sheltered balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit the Parc de la Citadelle
- Explore the town's heritage: Saint-Blaise church, Lingolsheim castle
- Take advantage of Strasbourg's proximity

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, 7 km away
