About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 90 m² Alsatian house in Illkirch-Graffenstaden which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A relaxation area with sofa, games and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC.
Upstairs, you'll find :
- A relaxation landing with a desk, armchair and toilet.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A second bedroom with two single beds.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private courtyard of 100 m² provides garden furniture and a table for outdoor meals, with an electric barbecue and parasol available. The neighbors are discreet and friendly, guaranteeing you a pleasant stay in mutual respect of the rules of conviviality.
The house is just 200 meters from the tram terminus. Nearby, you can enjoy walks along the river. The Friedel park, 300 meters away, has a children's playground and tracks for sports enthusiasts. An Auchan supermarket is 500 meters away, while a Leclerc hypermarket with its shopping area is also nearby. The town hall, 500 meters away, is surrounded by shops such as bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, the post office, churches and various small boutiques.

- The Europapark is 30 km away.
- The Chocolate Museum is 200 meters away.
- The Luggage Museum and the Gingerbread Museum are also nearby.
