Excellent Apartment in the heart of the old town

Apartment was excellent located in a very central area in the old town. It was nice and large with all facilities you need on a holiday. The host made contact with us every day to check if we needed anything.

Luka apartments are right in the centre of the old town in Zadar and couldn’t be better positioned. A one bedroom flat with more than enough space for 2. A small kitchen which has all the facilities (dishwasher etc washing machine etc) and you are able to cook with the microwave and two burner hob. Th bathroom is well appointed and has lots of fresh towels. Ivan has thought of everything including a small magnifying mirror and makeup remover with cotton wool pads for us ladies. We loved the fact that there was a smart tv which we could watch Netflix and prime on ( we travel a lot but still like to keep up with tv and so will often spend a night in watching a film so loved this ability which is not seen as often as we like!!) plenty of tea and coffee were provided with beer in the fridge and biscuits and sweets too! Ivan was a great host and checked in daily to make sure everything was okay all very appreciated 😁

Only one very small problem which was corrected very quickly was that the pillows in the apartment had see days and were a bit lumpy and bumpy. It was mentioned to Ivan and they were replaced promptly. Noise from the bells in the. Early church in the morning are present but really didn’t spoil our stay. All other street noise is cut out when the doors/windows are shut and didn’t disturb us at all.

Comfortable apartment with a perfect location

Location is perfect in the heart of the old town. But with good double-glazing & bedroom at the back so the noise from the street isn’t a problem. Very clean, modern and well-maintained. Host was very friendly & helpful.

Minor quibble but the fitted sheets were slightly too small for mattress so kept untucking.

Best location , very clean, and helpful owner.

Three top things: 1) Location - right in the centre of the old town of Zadar. You can’t get a better location that this. I was able to view the busy street through the living room. Was amazing! But also when you close the window there’s no noise at all so able to get a good night sleep. 2) Comfortable and Clean. It has air con, comfy bed , bathroom very clean, provides beach towels, plenty of bathroom towels. 3) The owner was very professional. He messaged me straight away with instructions of how to find the apartment, keys details. He was very polite and friendly just checking up if I needed anything throughout.

The downside which is very minor but might be important to be aware especially if you travelling alone.. the entrance of the building/ hallway at times was a bit dark in the evening unable to see the light switch. Although in general Croatia seemed like a VERY safe place.

The apartment is clean and well-equipped, with all the comforts. Convenient phone sockets above the bedside table, plenty of towels, and truly thoughtfully designed! The host is very helpful, kind, and well-organized in managing the service.

Perfect location!

Perfect location right in the Old Town district. Easy walk to the Adriatic Sea, many restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a washer so you can wash clothes. A/C works very well. The host communicates very well and offers help as needed.

The one downside to this unit is the street noise from the church bells that ring very often from early in the morning and late in the evening. There are also some street musicians.

Good Location, Very Clean Room, Good Host

Mr. İvan was a wonderful host. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a mini-market in the building around and very close to everywhere. The room is new and everything is in order. We did have one issue and Mr. İvan responded immediately and had the problem solved.

Absolutely wonderful place

Absolutely everything! The location could note have been any closer to the center; the view was also very nice. Even though it was on the main street, there wasn`t much noise in the evenings. Also, the hosts were wonderful; they have checked with us daily, to see if we need anything related to the rented space, or if we have any questions linked with our daily activities. Absolutely wonderful place; if you find it available, give yourself a treat and book it.

Perfect place for Zadar Old Town

Well appointed, spotlessly clean apartment with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is small but there was everything we needed for breakfasts and light meals. All the appliances worked well, and the host is extremely helpful. The location could not be better; close to everything. Would certainly stay here again.

The best Rental I have every stayed in.

The apartment was in the middle of the main street in Zadar old town. This would usually mean allot f noise from the street but the host has soundproofed the apartment so well its silent as soon as the windows are closed. This is the best rental place I have ever stayed in in almost every way. Host was very attentive and gave us a very detailed explanation of the area and what to see. also kept in touch at regular intervals and was very flexible with arrival and checkout times. We even damaged a couple of his towels when trying to wash them ourselves and he very kindly didn't charge us to replace them. I cannot recommend enough.

Well kept and cared for by a caring host.

Ivan is the best host in Zadar! I reserved this apartment at the very last minute, desperately needing a place to stay after an unexpected event. Ivan not only approved my booking request, he also graciously sat down with me and gave a detailed summary of everything Zadar has to offer from his favorite restaurants to the best coffee in town. He has thought of everything and really takes care of his clients. The apartment itself is perfect for solo travelers- it’s clean, has everything you need to cook or make coffee, and is comfortably situated in the heart of Zadar. A mix of Old Town relaxation and long excursions by road and boat.

The location was perfect; right in the pedestrianised heart of the Old Town. Our contact, Ivan, was most helpful in meeting us from the airport taxi and was in contact every day using WhatsApp.

The double bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the sheets needed to be wider for two to sleep underneath. There are people walking past on the street below - and talking loudly. It is necessary to close the blinds, the doors and the curtains to keep the noise down. Fortunately there is air-con in the apartment for summer visitors.

Simply a luxurious and comfortable stay in Zadar!

Wonderful location and spacious apartment steps away from the archeological museum and main historical sites. Clean and well furnished for short or long term stays. Extra pillows and Blankets. Comfortable bed and good noise reduction when windows are closed. Our host Ivan was friendly, helpful, communicated well and checked up on us daily. Payment does need to be in cash, wire transfer or PayPal but that is easily manageable. Parking is bit of an issue as you are in a pedestrian zone but there is paid parking lot close by and other zone 2 parking around the area which is a short walk to the apartment.

Excellent location in centre of old town. Close to lots of attractions , shops including a mini market and excellent bakeries. The apartment is larger than expected and spotless! Lots of great storage with fitted wardrobes. Powerful shower, apartment has a good boiler so constant hot water and even a washing machine ! Kitchen well equipped and had filter coffee machine which was well used 😊 . Nice touches , plenty of towels and coffee, hand wash, cleaning, washing tablets supplied. A comfy bed and fab air con which was much needed as temp was 32 degrees at times. Ivan was brilliant.. so helpful and checked in on WhatsApp to ask if we needed anything. Arranged our taxi back to airport too.

Immaculate apartment in a great central location

if you’re visiting Zadar, this is the place to stay! immaculate apartment with everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. Situated right in the centre of old town, making all of the sights a short walk away. it’s only 200m from the airport bus stop and the harbour where you can hop on a ferry to neighbouring islands or go on a day trip. Our host was fabulous throughout giving us lots of great sightseeing and eating out tips. He checked on us everyday to make sure we were ok. Thankyou for adding to our amazing trip!
