Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Bestens ausgestattete Küche, geräumiges, modern eingerichtetes Haus. Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahhrrad erreichbar. Bei schönem Wetter viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten und auf dem Balkon. Zentral im Dreiländereck gelegen, ideal für Ausflüge nach Slowenien, Italien und Kärnten.
