Agréable, calme et confort

Appartement très agréable, refait à neuf, calme et bien placé, proche du centre de Grenoble. La vue est magnifique. L'isolation phonique est bonne et l'isolation thermique est correcte. Les relations avec le propriétaire sont très bonnes, beaucoup de réactivité. Le lit est top. Très bon niveau de confort.

Bel emplacement, appartement très bien agencé. Très bien situé et sécurisé. Tout y est, tout est fourni et au réveil l a belle vue sur les montagnes enneigées était juste magique tout était nickel. Propre . On reviendra une prochaine fois ☘️

Les bruits de pas du voisin du dessus. Des bruits l'on a l'impression que le voisin déplace ses meubles dès le matin. Mais ça va c'est pas a longueur de journée ça passe .

Petit cocon grenoblois

Propre, cosy comme indiqué, il ne manque aucun équipement, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. La literie est parfaite. Le tram est juste à côté. J'y retournerai sans l'ombre d'une hésitation.

J'aurais bien mis 11/10 mais on ne peut pas 🙂

Lieu de halte calme, bien agencé et fonctionnel près de la gare et du Palais à Grenoble

L'emplacement près de la gare, du Palais de Justice et de l'école de management et lappartement accessible en tous transport. L'agencement fonctionnel et clair. Les intentions à l'arrivant (café thé...) le calme de l'appartement pour dormir ou travailler et la literie très confortable. C'est une bonne alternative aux hôtels d'affaire du quartier.

J'ai tout apprécié. Je suggère simplement une liseuse ou une lampe de bureau qui s'était un plus.
