The location is excellent. It is close to the Estacades market and the Casserne de Bonne. We came with a 5 year old, and there are plenty of nice play areas in the neighborhood. The apartment is also very cosy and comfortable. We were working from home, and could use the work desk in the smaller room, which also doubled up as the kid's sleeping room. The kitchen facilities were excellent and we were able to cook family meals. There is ample sunlight in the apartment, despite being in a dense residential area.
Nothing. The apartment is close to the train tracks, so we hear the trains when the windows are open. But this turned out to be an added attraction for the kid who loves trains. You should close the windows if you want to have a quiet sleep, as the street below has several pubs and cafes. But it is a pretty quiet area considering the location.

Les casseroles et poêles sont inutilisables car beaucoup trop usées (rayures sur le revêtement, hautement cancérigènes)

L'appartement est très agréable, très confortable. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et avons eu la possibilité de partir un peu plus tard que 11H le dimanche (nous remercions Jérôme pour sa compréhension). Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement avec grand plaisir.
Nous avons malheureusement sonné 2 fois par erreur chez le voisin de palier, en voulant allumer la lumière: les 2 interrupteurs sont côte à côté et celui de la sonnette du voisin est AVANT celui de la lumière... Nous en étions désolés...
