Small, smelly and the parking is NOT for free! Passable for a short stay.
Location is really good, just behind the station with a tram stop in front. The host incredibly quick with responses and very helpful. The apartment looks really nice and has everything you need for a short stay.
The bathroom had a really really bad sewer smell. Also the kitchen area was smelling quite bad, as if someone had cooked/fried there for a very long time with smelly spices - my clothes were getting the smell, so I had to move everything to the bedroom. There is also a permanent ventilation fan going in the kitchen area, which is quite noisy, so that the kitchen/living room area is not very cosy, I spent most of my time in the bedroom to escape the noise. The host told me that it cannot be turned off. The apartment is quite small, so it's not so easy to move around - but it's ok for a few days. Another problem was the parking: even though it says in the name, and the host tells you so in one of the messages, the parking (on the roads around the house) is NOT FOR FREE. The roads behind the house (2 min by foot) are in the "zone verte", with clear PAYANT signs, and you NEED TO PAY between Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m 2€ an hour for MAX 8h !!! So I was not able to leave my car there but had to park far outside of the center.

Conveniant location to city and my work place. Walking distance in my mind, else easy access to public transport.
The description "Stationement Gratuit" is misleading... Yes, free street-parking is available in theory - but in reality it is more than difficult to find a spot...

Well located, helpful stuff, excellent experience!
The team was very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent close to the main train station, many restaurants, attractions are in a walking distance!
Avoid opening the window in the afternoon because you‘ll get mosquitoes!
