The apartment was perfect, very well equipped, and close to the railway station and tram system

The apartment was equipped with everything we required for our 5 night stay. The location was perfect, close to the railway station, tram system and bus station for our day trip to Annecy.

We were there in hot weather, so air conditioning would have been nice, but cooling fans were supplied.

I recently stayed at a property booked through Booking.com, and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The host accused me of damaging property and made false claims of illegal activities without any evidence to support their claims. Not only were these accusations baseless and unfounded, but I also believe that I was discriminated against based on my race. The host's behavior towards me and my friend was completely unacceptable. They were extremely rude and disrespectful, even verbally abusing us during our stay. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my personal characteristics. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this property. I am disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received and feel that it was completely unwarranted. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and I urge anyone who is considering booking here to look elsewhere. The host's behavior towards me and my friend was not only violating but also made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Overall, my experience at this property was incredibly negative, and I would advise others to avoid it at all costs. The host's accusations, verbal abuse, and possible discrimination were unacceptable, and I would not want anyone else to have to go through what I did.

A recommander

Logement très propre, bien agencé, confortable et bien équipé. Le tramway est à proximité, la gare aussi, il est très facile de circuler ensuite dans Grenoble avec les transports en commun.

Attention, il n'y a que 12 places dans le parking au pied de l'immeuble, il faut arriver de bonne heure pour être sûr d'avoir une place.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, und wenn belegt, eine weitere Möglichkeit direkt an der Straße entlang. Tolle Küche. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung!

Mehr Leidenschaft bei der allgemeinen Hygiene/Reinigung wäre toll. Aber vielleicht sind wir auch ein wenig extrem.

Mucha calor, apartamento correcto

La cocina está muy bien y parking privado (aunque hay aparcamiento de sobras fuera).

La barriada, que nadie se personificó en el alojamiento, un poco complicado acceder la primera vez y que nadie nos indicó que tenian aires acondicionados dentro de los armarios, los descubrimos el día que nos fuimos… pasando MUCHA CALOR las dos noches.
