I loved the view, the location, the aesthetic of the apartment and space.
The tv was faulty, and the remote was not working properly. The aircon needs to be upgraded or atleast the overhead fans.

The location is perfect; the apartment is next to a Checkers, which is convenient, and next to the beach, which is within walking distance. It's easy to get to public transport, and the mall is close by. Ohh! The Sky View is for real; you can see the beach from the apartment and in the early morning you can hear the sound of the beach. The kitchen has utensils; everything you will ever need is there.
The apartment needs an update, and there are cockroaches everywhere, and it even smells like it. The front door handle needs to be replaced; it's a hassle to open. The glass door by the tub is inconvenient for short people when trying to use the stopper for the tub. The small room can be reviewed; the bed is not comfortable. The apartment gets really hot during the day but there's an airport and a fan for that.
