just short walk to beach. excellent view and very neat appartment.

The property was situated in a beautiful area with the beach just a short walk away. It was quiet and peaceful. There was a little shopping centre right next to the building for convenience. The building itself was clean. We were staying on the 7th floor but the building has a lift to make it easier. They also have these little trollies in the front so you dont have to carry your groceries and luggage up to the 7th floor.

I didnt like the fact that the windows did not have any burglar bars. It made it abit scary especially when having a busy toddler. The unit was not exactly toddler friendly as it only had glass objects that could easily break.

Very comfortable and just the right size for my family and I. We had everything we needed.

We just needed more multiplugs and adapters for recharging devices.

location is good closer to everything

dstv was cut off which is not good as it was advertise as part of the package which I have to call the agent and they were not picking for more than 5 hours , cleaning need to be properly done there were hairs on the floor in the first day i had to sweep
