The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It created a really relaxing environment, especially after a long workday. Although the area (location, not the room itself) gave a slightly odd first impression at first, once we got closer and settled in, it turned out to be a great place to stay overall.
The surrounding area (location, not the room itself) initially felt a bit unusual and wasn’t the most welcoming on first arrival. Also, there was no air conditioning in the room. While the ceiling fan helped, an aircon would have made the stay much more comfortable, especially for someone sensitive to heat.

Beautifully decorated, nice and clean, nicely situated.
Floors needed a sweep but otherwise fantastic. Aircon would have been nice but obviously not a necessity.

The location was good
The fans need improvements. The main bedroom fan either spins very slow or at 1000mph. The view didn’t seem to match the picture in the advert and the toilet seat was loose on arrival. The listing said “R17500” and we got it on a discount. However that accommodation is far from worth the R17500 it was listed for.
