I was not informed where to pick up the keys for the Unit, had to run around to get the keys, not informed no cleaning to be done, only once in the whole week stay, not told only 2 toilet rolls for the whole week stay, no bin packet to replace, if were told we could have bought before we got there none of these are provided, and in one of the Bedrooms, inside one of the wardrobes it was disgusting where a toilet pipe was showing with a plastic packet pushed into the side and you could smell and hear when everyone was flushing their toilets, even from the floor above. Booking.com needs to know these things before they sell these holiday accommodations.
