Perfect place to stay in La Spezia.
Perfect. Lovely bright and clean apartment in the fairly modern block just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the ferries to the Cinque Terre. The owners met us there and showed us round the apartment. Two bug bedrooms with a small balcony off each one. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining table but no living room as such - just a small sofa In the hallway. Its on the 5th floor but there is a good sized lift. Only a few minutes walk to shops and bars. Can’t fault this place at all.

A good option not central but convenient to everything
Good size and clean with good size kitchen. Is a good basic property that satisfied our needs. A glimpse of the sea from a side window and balcony. About 1km walk to ferry for Cinque Terre and even closer to Cruise ship terminal. A supermarket very close by. Good pizza also. Quick walk to main part of town for nice restaurants Bus to train station is 200m walk.

We loved our stay at Granny House!
Amazing hosts, gave us early check in since we arrived early to La Spezia. We dropped off our baggage at our room since it was still being cleaned and our host walked us to a nearby cafe so we could eat and drink there while we waited. When we got back to the room we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit which we really appreciated! Our host also booked us a reservation at an amazing Michelin recognized restaurant and also a taxi the day we left. The apartment was so spacious. We ended up staying inside a lot because of rain and storms. We loved cooking dinner in the kitchen and were very glad there were TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Air conditioning worked great, bed was very comfortable. Location was great, close to cafes, restaurants, grocery store, and boardwalk. If we ever come back to La Spezia we will stay here again!

Freundliche Gastgeber, gute Lage, mit Aufzug zum 5te Stock.
Duschkopf könnte besser sein. Hellhörig, da könnte man die Nachbar Zimmern hören.

Apparemment très bien et fonctionnel
Accueil très chaleureux avec petite attention de bienvenue. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactifs si problème. Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour 4 personnes, nous y avons passé 1 semaine. Tout le nécessaire de base est fourni même le café , le thé , le sucre …… Il est bien placé (25 min à pied de la gare) pour visiter les cinque terres et place de parking assez facile à trouver pour 1€ de l’heure (de 8h30 à 20h payant). Je recommande ce logement.
Douche un peu petite Impossible de brancher le lave linge en même temps que la climatisation.

Bra läge nära hamnen med båtar till Cinque terre, o närhet till stan med restauranger. 200 m till matbutik.
Tvättmaskinen funkade inte var full med sand. Kan ha gjorts av dem före oss.
