Really panoramic view of Zermatt and magnificent Matterhorn

150 steps up and face a closed door!

We did like the view! Interior, kitchen facilities

STAIRS! MORE THAN 150 steps! You need to take … with your luggage, kids and after every ski day as well! Photos below NO LIFT! It is not written in description. If you have little kids never stay here! If you have a lot to carry, arrange a helicopter. If you are not too young never stop here. The stairs are not safe, and there is no light, you can switch it on only when you got up! THE HOST! When we faced a problem with a front door, no one answered a phone, only wrote a sms that they don’t believe it could happen. Thanks to your neighbor he opened it. When my wife felt from the stairs and we asked for a help with a lift, no one answered.

Steile Perle am Rande des Dorfes

Was für eine Aussicht, was für eine Wohnung... Wir sind mit zwei Pärchen und einem Kind gereist. Hatten mehr als genug Platz, waren begeistert von der Ausstattung (Raclette und Fondue Zubehör samt Brennpaste war vorhanden) Alles super sauber, es war wundervoll...

Der "Zustieg" zur Wohnung... Da kann kann keiner was für, weil bauliche Eigenschaften nu ma so sind wie sie sind... Aber die Treppe zum Appartement ist wirklich steil und mit Einkäufen eine kleine sportliche Herausforderung...

気分が悪い

家までの階段は１６０段位あったが、思ったより苦にならず上がってこれた。バルコニーからマッターホルンが望め景観が素晴らしかった。ツェルマットの夜景も素晴らしかった。９泊１０日の日程で使用出来れば、内部施設も使い勝手が良かった。

到着し荷ほどきをし、落ち着いたところで夕食の用意を始めたところ、流し台の排水が詰まっている事に気が付き施設側に連絡をし、修理に来てもらったが解消されなかった。修理に来た人が、この後責任者が来ますと言っていたので待っていたが、いつまでたっても来なかった。再度連絡を入れたが来れないと言うので明日１０時までに責任者に来るように依頼。１０時まで待ったが来なかったので再度連絡。日曜日は業者が動けない。修理は火曜日になると言われたが、キッチンが使えないと食事が出来ないと話したら他の物件に移ってくれと言われた。近かったので他の物件の確認に行った。この時点で１２時。景観がここより悪かったが、観光にも行けないためしぶしぶ了承。１４時にポーターが荷物を運んでもらい、引っ越し完了。２日間どこにも行けずに無駄に過ごした。それから３日後、責任者より突然連絡があり今から訪問したいと連絡があり。１時間後に来てお詫びなのかなと思って話を始めたら、責任者の知り合いが通りがかり、挨拶なのかなと思っていたら長話をはじめ、責任者はこちらを無視状態。こいつと話しても無駄だなと思い部屋に入った。１０分後位、知り合いと話し終わったのか、責任者が急に柵を乗り越えベランダに入ってきた。あまりにも無礼だったので何しに来たんだとクレームを付けたが悪いことはしていないとの態度に思えた。義理の息子がドイツ語を話せたので、今までのいきさつを話し、相手側も謝罪。責任者の兄がフーリーでレストランをやっているので招待するような事を言っていたが、期待しないで連絡を待った。最終的に連絡が来たのが、帰る１日前の夕方６時。どうやっても行けない時間。次の人が借りる前に清掃を行い、ちゃんと使用できるか確認するはずだが、簡単に清掃しシーツ類を交換するだけの清掃しかしてないのではないかと疑いたくなる。結果、前半２日間どこにも出れず無駄に過ごした事に対し、しっかりとした謝罪や保証も無かった。

Alles tip top ausser die Treppen mit dem Gepäck.

Wunderschöne Wohnung. Sehr nette Kontakte mit Vermieter. Aussicht wunderschön, besser geht nicht.

Die Treppen 165 Treppen bis zum Haus. Das Geschirr hatte überall Stücke ab, Rotwein Gläser hatte es 1 für 6 Personen. Habe es gemeldet, am nächsten Tag wurden 6 neue Gläser geliefert.

Fitness und Panorama als Gratiszugabe

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der nach Süden ausgerichtete Balkon bietet einen umwerfenden Blick auf das Matterhorn und über Zermatt. Die 134 Treppenstufen bis zum Haus ersetzen das Fitnessstudio und sind ein Garant dafür, daß man ausgesprochen fit wieder nach Hause zurückkehrt. Für die Skiausrüstung gibt es aber einen separaten Abstellraum unterhalb der Treppe. Der Weg zur Sunnegga ist nur kurz und somit ist Sunnegga wirklich schnell zu erreichen.
