Exceptional

We went to Zermatt with the whole family. Contact with Isabele was very good, we felt taken care of. The apartment has a very good location, ie close to the train station (less than 10 minutes in a leisurely walk), grocery stores (approx. 600 m), main street or restaurants (approx. 700 m), and on the other hand it was quiet and peaceful. We only heard the sound of the river flowing alongside. From the balcony you can see the Matterhorn, of course :). The apartment is spacious, very clean, with a nice living room combined with, kitchenette, two bedrooms (one has a bunk bed, which our children immediately felt in love with), a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchenette is very well equipped, with a large fridge, cooking island, all kinds of pots, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, etc. We also liked the original wooden table where 6 or more people can sit comfortably, eat a meal, talk. We strongly recommend this place.

For the first time it might be a little stressful (at least it was for us) to open the door if you have never experienced using dedicated smartphone apps to open or lock the door, However Isabele sent us clear instructions before our arrival and in case we would not manage to do it ourselves, she was ready to support us.

Isabelle is an amazing host, she was super responsive and also very accommodating (we had to change our original dates). The apartment is amazing, super spacious, modern and with everything you'd need (kitchen appliances, TV, even some board games for kids and the whole family).

Well equipped luxurious apartment, conveniently located with view to the Matterhorn. The host was always available via WhatsApp in near real time and had helpful advice for all our questions. Hopefully find the time to come again...

Agréable séjour “comme à la maison”

Appartement très propre et bien agencé, on s’y sent comme à la maison! Emplacement calme et pratique : proche de la gare et des remontées pour aller sur les pistes! Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a été réactive dans les échanges et qui a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer une solution pour nos bagages le jour de notre départ. Un grand merci!

Le canapé-lit n’était pas confortable pour 2 adultes… nous étions 6 en tout, mais l’idéal aurait été d’être 4 ou 5 maximum. Le système de clé via l’application fonctionne de manière générale, mais nous avons dû nous y prendre à plusieurs fois et ne comprenions pas pourquoi ça fonctionnait parfois et d’autres pas.
