Highly recommend for large groups and families.

Fabulous location and cosy family apartment with lovely open fireplace. Well stocked kitchen and spectacular view of the Matterhorn.

The lift broke during our stay and we were on the top floor.

Excellent spot. Having a bakery nearby was a big plus.

Needed three sets of keys instead of two … or permission to reuse the lockbox. With three couples and two keys someone had to stay there or scramble back to let people in.

Great, relaxing stay in a beautiful city!

After traveling for 2 weeks staying at a different hotel every 3 days, it was nice to have a larger space to relax in and plan our activities with our friends that were along. It was also nice to be able to cook and make our own breakfast. Location was very close (walking distance) to shopping, restaurants, gondolas and train. We had 4 people but location could easily accommodate 6 as they say. 3 different bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, we arrived a little early, so when I called, someone picked up the phone right away and told me they would be there as soon as possible that they were finishing up in the apartment. Very easy to contact.

It was a little hard to find the key location, but they sent us pictures detailing exactly where to find the key. So once we figured out our bearings, it was easy enough to find the key.

Perfect location. Away from the main strasse but close to everything. Excellent accomodations, very clean. Fiona and Tanya were winderful to work with.

Only a small view of the matterhorn but honestly one should see it from other venues not their lodging

Overall the stay was comfortable.

It was convenient from all shops and restaurants and the building had a lift.

The main balcony is facing the cemetery which is 😳 The en-suite bedroom balcony had the blinds down due to some technical glitch and it was all dark throughout our stay.

Comfortable apartment, clean and great location.

The location was ideal, close to the river and town. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen area well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully done and comfortable. The deck was also very nice. Glad to have the elevator to the apartment.

We didn't have a view of the Matterhorn as we expected so that was disappointing. The shades in the main bedroom also weren't working so that was an inconvenience. There was crib left in one of the rooms that we didn't need and had to move it to the front hall. The two smaller bedrooms were pretty tight with not much space to walk around but they each had a deck which was very nice.

Beautiful and very well appointed apartment in centre of Zermatt village and walking distance to lifts and gondolas and train station. Great views from the apartment. 3 bathrooms.

Overheated! Would have been useful to have some washing machine liquid but not a real issue.

A wonderful stay at Malva!

Upon entering the flat, we knew we were in for a fabulous stay at Malva. There were three full bathrooms and three bedrooms which suited our family of 5 travelers. The apartment was decorated in excellent taste and the sofas, chairs and dining room table all were beautiful. The beds also were all extremely comfortable. The most impressive of all was how stocked the apartment was with everything you could need: all the cooking equipment you could imagine, DVD players, speakers and coffees, teas and spices. The floors were heated which was also lovely as no clanging of radiators in the middle of the night. Right outside the flat there is small storage area that has two shopping carts which made trips to Migros very easy. Best of all were the views towards the Matterhorn of which we never tired. The balcony is an excellent place to have a coffee in the AM. The flat comes equipped with a new washing machine and there is an electric radiator to dry clothes, but you could also set up the clothes rack as well and the clothes will be dried by the AM. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return. This was our third stay in Zermatt and Malva was the best and most beautiful accomodation by far!

Perhaps some stickers in the ski room to indicate which cubby holes belong to the apartment. But that is just nitpicking on my part!
