Great place at an amazing price

The Murphy bed was quite comfortable and easy to set up and take down each day in seconds. Lots of storage space for all the ski bus and bobs. Ski room downstairs was nice and warm. Heat works very well-- we even had to open a window at night. The price was an impeccable value! Great location about five minutes from a market and a couple more to downtown.

The cooking pan could be better. The bathroom is quite small for a family of four without hooks for the towels. Kitchen chairs were quite uncomfortable especially for family game night.

Location, size, cleanliness & the staff were all wonderful.

The inability to turn down the heat. Had to sleep every night with windows open as the radiant heat from the floors kept the apartment a little too toasty.

Great view from balcony. In quiet location but very close to everything. Roomier than I expected with plenty of space for 3 adults.

A good stay and experience..

It is fully equipped with cooking facilities and flexible arrangements.

The Google map led us to wrong way and we had climbed the stairs with our heavy luggages then only realised entrance was at the other road.

Lovely Zermatt.

Lovely little apartment perfect for a short stay. Had everything I needed. Staff were wonderful and kindly gave me a fan when I mentioned I was very hot in the afternoons as the sun was beating into the apartment (wouldn’t be an issue in the cooler months). Very quiet area and I enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony looking down over the village.

Would be handy to have instructions for the combination microwave/oven. I had to look them up online. I was surprised I had to walk down the block to dispose of the trash at the end of my stay. Strange to pay city tax in cash. I needed to get the cash out particularly for this purpose.

We had a fantastic stay!

The location was perfect - central yet very quiet - with nice views of the Matterhorn right from the property. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need, all to a very high standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended - we would love to return!

A great place to stay

Incredible views of the Matterhorn, it was clean and had everything we needed. The fold-out bed in the lounge room was extremely comfortable, easy to open, and full sized. All staff were very helpful and lovely to communicate with.

Amazing stay in a great apartment!

The apartment was great - it was equipped with everything we could possibly need so we managed to cook meals and make sandwiches every day - a great help when on a budget! The apartment was also very clean and we loved the decor (especially the bathroom!). We had a lovely balcony with a view of Zermatt - although those in apartments on the other side of the building could see the Matterhorn from their room, we felt we had just as great a view from our room too - I managed to spot some squirrels, birds and deer from the balcony! The apartment is well situated and just a few minutes walk from the centre and roughly 15 minutes from the train station. We would love to come back!

We lugged our suitcase up the wrong path and stairs as Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of the building - make sure you take the street where the Europe Hotel is (perhaps a sign at the bottom of the path or arrival instructions might help :))

Well suited for a very comfortable stay in Zermatt.

The apartments were reasonably close to the main shopping and restaurant area, as well as not to far from the station. The apartment itself was well appointed, spacious and clean, with everything needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional,

Shame there was no washing machine, but we knew that when we booked.

Breakfast and supper on the balcony looking directly out to the magnificent Matterhorn mountain.

We arrived at midnight. She left the doors open for us! It was close enough to downtown that we walked the 10-15 dragging suitcases, in the dark, alone and knew everything was safe and ok. We easily found it with GPS. We loved the balcony with tiny table looking directly onto the Matterhorn. Morning and evening. Spectacular. The beds were comfortable. It was super clean. We liked that.

Good short stay for Zermatt

It had a well set up small kitchen and was surprisingly roomy for a small studio, aided by the fold-up bed. We appreciated having a balcony given the warm weather and we could dry clothes out there. Hosts were responsive and keen to assist.

The couch (part of the fold up bed) wasn't particularly comfortable and the toilet is rather cramped against the wall (for the studio apartment). Visitors also need to be aware that there is a short steep path to the property which includes about 20 steps, although once at the studio there is a lift.

Overall great apartment to stay with good Metahorn views

Good clean apartment. I would stay again. Little hard to go from Zermatt train station to the place with luggage but still doable. Its about 15- 20 min walk with some uphill hike.

The timings of office are very short and I couldn't find a person even while checking out. They charge taxes only in cash.

In general, all things are very good.

A clean apartment with great view to see Matterhorn. Love the kitchen with plenty of clean utensils. Another great thing is the apartment has a lift to all floors. So no worry about carrying your heavy luggage.

About 15 minutes walk from the train station to the apartment if do not have heavy luggage. Otherwise you can grab a taxi to the unit.

Comfy and feel-at-home stay in Zermatt

The facilities in the vacation apartment were so great! You can feel that they had certain quality, even the bedsheets were very comfy. The apartment had everything, and we felt at home while staying. The staff was very friendly; they let us store our luggage after check-out without charging anything!

The path to the apartment was confusing if you followed Google Map.

It was a bit confused to find where to collect the key, especially when we arrived in the late afternoon/ early evening.

I didn't like the rule of disposing the rubbish before check out. We were rushing to catch the train but then we had to dispose the rubbish following the guidelines. And it wasn't a short walk (about 1km). We had to get out of the apartment twice as the first time we could not find where to dispose the rubbish. I think if they want the guest to dispose the rubbish, the apartment should have provided the bin downstairs.
