Lovely property but not easy access.

Somewhat confusing method to enter property. Long, steep outdoor metal staircase (~70 steps) to get to the property - not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Similarly, quite a challenge if carrying lots of luggage.

10/10, luxurious, family friendly

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, offering an exceptional experience. The location was outstanding, and the apartment’s facilities were excellent. The well-equipped kitchen was utilised frequently, adding to the overall convenience. We found the space to be incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious feel throughout. The sauna and double balcony were undoubtedly the highlights, enhancing our stay even further. On another note the owners were incredibly helpful, they were always there to help out with any needs.

Only thing we had trouble with was the front door but the owners were very easily accessible and helpful.

Majestic Matterhorn view from the upstairs bedroom and balcony.

I thought I already rated this property. However, we loved the modern unit, but especially the view of the Matterhorn we woke up to in the morning after arriving late the night before.

Despite difficult weather, Zermatt always deliver.

Spacious apartment including two bathrooms. The apartment is closed to Sunegga lift station.

Few things in the apartment were poorly maintained. Long steep staircase to reach the apartment. Too early checkout time. To clean up and leave 9 am on a Sunday morning is not generous.

Superb

Great view of the Matterhorn, very spacious appartment with large rooms, very clean, modern and cosy…we felt like being at home.

Difficult to access with the stairs. We understand that a lift is being built which will certainly facilitate things if you have very small kids or aged family members with you.

Nice apartment let down by proper management and readiness

Spacious modern apartment. Good decor. Balcony with restricted Matterhorn view. 2.5 bathrooms.

Was not ready for our arrival with basic items missing or not working. Had to request proper pillows with covers for beds. Spent first night sleeping on decorative cushions. No bowls suitable for breakfast (were provided later upon request). No WiFi/internet until requested as details provided in apartment were incorrect. Broken items like front blind (Matterhorn view), internal blind, basin plug. In general, management and attention to detail was lacking. Host attitude was strange. It was like we were asking for a favour to have pillows, WiFi and enough toilet paper etc No apology or sincerity. Definitely not customer focussed. 92 steep steps up from road. We knew about this when booking it and were promised assistance with luggage which wasn't provided.

great apartment, quiet , well set up very good for 4 pax.

wasn't told about the 85 steps of access to the chalet. A non easy display of a street number or the name of the chalet. Made the arrival late afternoon a bit difficult with the door access number not working.

Superb

Wonderful spacious house with good facilities. It was clean. The view was truly exceptional. 2 terraces for sitting out and relaxing and staring at the Matterhorn. The host was excellent. There were a couple of minor issues and Alessandro came round straight away with a new kettle and deep cleaned the dishwasher, a very helpful and genial young man. The house is only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Hiking trails start from around the corner.

The house is in an elevated position and there is a staircase to climb to reach the property. This is what makes the view so amazing but would not suit people with mobility issues. We were there on a hiking holiday so not a problem!

Comfortable with great views

Spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Mountain views from indoors and from the large balcony. A quiet neighborhood, less than ten minutes walk from the train station. Excellent communication from the owner. We would stay here again.

Visitors with mobility issues, note that access is by a long outdoor stairway with about 90 steps.. It was not a problem for our group though.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung

Standen bei Anreise 2 Stunden vor verschlossenener Tür, weil der Zugangscode nicht funktionierte. Waren in Kontakt mit den Vermietern, es wurde mehrfach versprochen, dass jemand vorbeikommt, was jedoch nie passierte. Mussten letztlich über den Balkon klettern, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Das erholsame Feriengefühl blieb uns so leider verwehrt. Auch nach einem Telefonat funktionierte das Schloss nicht richtig, fühlten uns sehr unwohl.
