Check in process was great and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, well equipped kitchen

Water temperature in shower/bath combo was inconsistent. Got very hot then cold while showering. Bed in master was too soft for us but this is personal preference.

The apartment is dark, outdated. It's smaller than the pictures on the website. It was dark when we arrived, there's no number on the building. The lock box with the keys is really hard to be opened. It was a little bit of stress after traveling for long hours. The instructions for check out were really weird: It seams they would expect me to help them clean the apartment. I'll never come back to this apartment.

The location is excellent so the apartment is good value for the cost.

The apartment is located close to the train station and has a kitchen that is fully outfitted. There is an elevator accessible from the ground floor and extra beds in the loft (though I did not need them).

The loft is accessible via a spiral staircase that has narrow footsteps. The bathroom shower next to the loft has a sloped ceiling so I was constantly hitting my head (my height is 5'7"). Also, the primary bed in the loft area was a bit too firm for my taste so I did not sleep comfortably.

Location, cleanliness and facilities

The upper floor- the attic has a very low ceiling, even for a child say 8 years on it’s a bit unsafe as anyone can hurt his head with the ceiling wooden wall. The apartment is decent for max 6 people- 2 in the room on lower floor, 2 on the sofa bed, and 2 on the double bed on the attic floor- the two extra beds placed on the floor on the attic has hardly 2-3 feet ceiling clearance and can prove to be very unsafe.

The property was excellent in all aspects. Centrally located near train station, restaurants, and grocery stores, but still in a quiet street. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of 5, and included all items you might need in your stay. Absolutely loved it!!

Perfect location and great view

The view from the balcony was fabulous. This unit was only a short walk from the train station and was also just a block off the Main Street which has all the shopping and restaurants and so much ambiance. It is also close to a well stocked grocery store.

We loved this property so much, my daughter loved the loft bed space in specific. This property has a beautiful mountain view for the patio. Also can see partial view of Matterhorn peak on a clear day. Very quiet and convenient. Kitchen had all required supplies to cook. Very close to Zermatt bahnoff about 100 metres walk.

Great quiet neighbourhood even though just off the main street and close to the train station. Lucky to be able to see Matterhorn’s peak from the balcony.

Low sloping exposed timber rafters / ceilings can be challenging for tall persons. Just a note that access to the building is not controlled / lock secured although didn’t feel unsafe returning after mid-night stroll.

the place is very well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils, cutleries etc. the bed is comfortable just the pillows are too soft The bathrooms are very clean and nice. The lower floor bathroom bathtub is equipped with a Jacuzzi. the location is very strategic... just a short walk from the train station.

the top floor roof is too low even for kids... need to be very cautious.

The location was great and it was a well equipped apartment. The Management was also quite understanding on allowing for a later stay due to the transportation disruption caused by avalanches.

The climate control was not easy to manage and so the temperature was quite high in the apartment. Minor issue.

This property is incredibly well-stocked. It is evident that the owner spends some time here, which is quite unusual compared to other places we have stayed. There are even small details that have been attended to, such as hooks in just the right places for your keys, coat, and towels. The bedding is so comfortable (we were in the upstairs loft). The location of this unit is optimal. You can easily walk from the train station and also to the lift. Shopping and restaurant access is perfect.

Awesome, clean, fully-loaded apartment

This is an amazing apartment with loads of facilities -- two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi, a terrace with a view of the Matterhorn (just the tip), 2 smart TVs with Netflix. It's very close to the train station and McDonalds.

I didn't like the fact that I only spent two nights there instead of a whole week.

Nice apartment in the center of Zermatt

The location is ideal, it's a 5 minute walk from the train station a close to everything (stores, supermarkets, funiculars, etc). The apartment is super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen, including essential cooking ingredients. You also have netflix and board games in case the weather is not ideal. We had a very comfortable stay for 4 people. I would stay here again if I come back to Zermatt.

The only thing was that we thought check-out is a bit late (5pm). However, Jimmy allowed us to enter a bit earlier (14hrs).

Location location location ! The apartment was very close to the train station, shops, restaurants and 5 minutes away from the gondola. The apartment had many beds and a clean atmosphere. The bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels and soap. The owner was very kind and accommodating to some last minute changes we had requested. He sent detailed information about the rental property and was readily available to contact if needed .

The 3 upstairs beds had very low clearance. The apartment was slightly warmer than expected and there were no fans.
