Great location, amazing clean house for our family!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, house is very comfy, cosy and clean, nice host and nice neighborhood. There was plenty of space to enjoy in the house and I would definitely recommend for families or contractors. Absolutely lovely stay, great location, facilities and customer service. Would definitely stay there again.

Work and leisure friendly place with good value for money

All was good, nice, clean and comfortable place. Work friendly and leisure friendly. Good and effective heating system, nice and warm. Beds and sofas very were comfy. Fast WiFi and Smart TV. It has a free on street parking and easy to access location. It's next to major shops and public transport. Amazing host that is very reasonable and responsive.

Overall a very comfy place to stay

The house was clean, spacious, good use of the rooms for furniture etc, had a fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker, a good shower in the bathroom, and a very very comfortable bed in the front bedroom. It was easy to get into (they send you the key cabinet code) and once I figured out (or jury-rigged) the thermostat it was lovely and warm. The TV was easy to use. There were a good amount of towels. The carpets were nice. Overall, quite a lovely place to stay, once you get the heating on.

There was no bathroom mirror, or light above the sink, or plug for it, so shaving was a bit difficult! Whilst not their fault, the people in Number 25 did tend to shout a lot, and being "through the fireplace" it was quite loud at times. The thermostat really needs to come with instructions as I spent ages poking it, at first to get it on, then later to try to turn it off. A bit fell off the front door on the inside at one point, but I assume just needs glueing back on. Was a bit weird, though. I couldn't find the recycling boxes, so a lot of stuff got thrown away, or I left it out (washed and clean) for the owners to put where it goes

Ideal for what we wanted.

Well furnished comfortable house. 25 minute walk to the Eleven bar one way and 20 minute walk to Lemmy’s statue the other way.

Very clean and spacious property in a quiet location. Fast and reliable Internet, dining table for my work meeting. Good on street parking. Smart tv and all the basic things you need are available. It was a good value for money. I can't fault anything. Good to see lots of improvements over my recurring time of stay. Good host. I'll highly recommend.

Noisy neighbours playing music very loud, shouting and screaming til 1 in the morning. Place was dirty in need of a paint and updating. Garden need weeding, broken mirror in back garden. Duvet and pillows were very thin. Overall very disappointing. Would not stay again

Beautiful and Clean house - Superb 👌

The property has all the basic facilities that a home should have which makes it ideal for both family and workers. It's also very clean, warm and comfortable with a fast Internet. It's better than the pictures shows, nice decorations, handy bedside lamps and bedside tables. Large downstairs area. The yard is clean and well maintained. Will alway return to use whenever I'm around.

Very clean and good value for money

Beautiful, comfy house in a good and quiet neighbourhood. The downstairs area is very spacious and the whole house is warm. Good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and very clean. All rooms have sockets, beside table and lamps for the double room. Welcoming for a good-sized family. The reception has a good size dining table, which is good as working area with laptop, etc.

Great Staff, Some Issues

The staff were FANTASTIC, as was the location for what I was in Stoke for. The house had everything that I needed.

The noise and the electrics. The adults yelling at kids next door and the kids making noise late into the evening. And one night an extremely loud karaoke went on until 2300hrs; on a Wednesday. With the electrics, really all the bedrooms should have at least one power point and the room I used did not have one. As a result I had to buy an extension cable into my room.

Great find in Tunstall

Older but nicely decorated house with efficient heating, decent shower, very clean. All facilities you would need for a visit to the area.

Steep stairs to the bedrooms and steps into some rooms reflect the age of the property but could be challenging for anyone with limited mobility.

Great house Alton towers too far away

The house itself and the owner were great however I don't think the estimated time to Alton towers was anywhere near accurate much longer to get there if I was needing to be very close to stoke then would definitely book again however for Alton towers I would definitely do my research for some where closer the house however could not be faulted spotlessly clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds

Pros - on street parking, had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable Cons - very steep stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, no tea towels, not very soundproof

Very good host and quick to respond. The property is very good, clean and tidy, well decorated and had all the basics things needed and very good deal. Photos are accurate and the reality is as expected. Comfy sofas and mattresses, everyone was happy 😊. Will use again.

Excellent, Very clean and well equipped property ideal for family, workers and groups.

The property is very spacious, with a beautiful seperate reception and a living room area with comfy leather sofas. Nice and beautiful bathroom, good decoratives and the whole house was very clean. I enjoyed the good sized 4K smart tv and fast WiFi reaching all areas. Nice and good size fridge freezer for a large family or group. New and comfortable mattresses/beds. The location was very close to major shops like ASDA, Aldi, Argos, Screwfix and others around the shopping complex. In fact, everything inside the house was perfect for me and I couldn't complain, I'll definitely return back.

Exceptional

Beautiful home with everything you need to make your own meal, the 2 receptions provide plenty of space, comfy sofas (fell asleep on it 😀), beds are wonderful, very comfy. Beautiful reception room for up to 6 people and additional chairs available in bedrooms. Fast Internet and good size TV. Quiet neighbourhood, highly recommended for groups, workers, family or two small families. Everything matches on advert, looks more beautiful in reality. Good value for money, will surely return.
