Wery good position of the apartment, in a new building (2019). Excellent parking lot, price included. Good swimming pool.
Unfortunately, there is no safe deposit box in the apartment.

Clean apartment with good facilities and lots of storage. Restaurants, shops and bars nearby and a 15 minute walk to the start of the city center. Balcony is lovely for an evening drink
Currently roadworks outside to construct tram line which is noisy. Area can be noisy in the evenings. Apartment quite warm despite being only early 20s outside, would be very warm in the summer

Ameisen in der Wohnung.
Besonders in der Küche.
Das Bett ist hart.. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert.
Zudem quietscht das Bett bei jeder Bewegung.
Der Pool ist im Gebäude gegenüber (wurde so nicht beschrieben).
Momentan zudem Baustelle an der Straße direkt am Hotel.
Fazit: Völlig überteuert und Vermieter ohne Einsicht!!!
