Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen (meiner Meinung nach aber nur mit dem Auto erreichbar) und die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles ist extrem sauber, die Bäder sind neu und man hat ausreichend Platz für mehrere Leute. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer lädt zum verweilen ein und die Wohnung hat an der Vorder- und Rückseite jeweils einen Balkon, wo wir unsere Sachen trocken lassen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist anstandslos und man hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Managerin Simonetta ist sehr nett und hat uns jederzeit weitergeholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Tipps brauchten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Eins der drei Schlafzimmer ist aufgrund der Deckenhöhe eigentlich nur für Kinder geeignet oder für sehr kleine Personen. Hier haben wir an der Wand Schimmel entdeckt und konnten das Zimmer in unserem einwöchigen Urlaub nicht nutzen. Uns wurde allerdings zugesagt, dass das Zimmer umfassend renoviert wird und der Schaden sofort nach unserer Abreise professionel behoben wird, sodass ich davon aussgehe, dass dieses Zimmer nun wieder einwandfrei und auch benutzbar ist. Für den Ausfall des Zimmers haben wir nachträglich eine angemessene Erstattung erhalten, sodass wir trotz der Situation die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würden. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit positiv und es wurde gut auf uns reagiert.
