Beautiful view, calm location, own parking lot

A bit narrow toilet space

The most PERFECT accommodation in Kutaisi! I cannot fault a thing. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, and the view from the balcony an absolute joy with a wine at night or your morning coffee. We took advatange of the quiet powerful aircon for the hot summer nights. The location is also great. Its suprisingly close to everything by foot, despite the views you get from up high. 15 mins walk down hill and you're in the main part of the city. There are plentiful bolt and yandex cars to get you back up if you cant be bothered, for a stupidly cheap price. I would recommend Jay's to everyone. They really know what they are doing (in country that is only really figuring out their tourism, they are ahead). No detail is overlooked, and I wish them all the success they deserve.
