Appartamento pulito e grande con due camere da letto. Host gentile e attento. Cucina ben attrezzata. C'erano condizionatori in ogni stanza cosa molto gradita visto il caldo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

El apartamento es demasiado cómodo, tiene todo lo que específica en detalles, adicional el anfitrión es super amable, estaba dispuesto a lo que requeríamos, nos guardo las maletas después del check out. Hay variedad de estaciones de bus que te permite desplazarte fácilmente y sin inconvenientes, también hay supermercado grande y locales de gelato, Bar y otros.

Super appartement très bien agencé proche du centre de Bologne. Possibilité de se garer facilement à proximité ( payant). Literie confortable.
Il n’y a pas de double vitrage au niveau des fenêtres, du coup on entend ce qu’il se passe dans la rue.

Le logement est très bien équipé, la literie est confortable. Le quartier est très agréable, proche de la gare et des transports en commun. L’hôte offre des boissons et de quoi prendre un bon petit déjeuner, ce qui est très appréciables.
Le logement est très bruyant : il est au rez-de-chaussée, les fenêtres des chambres sont mal insonorisés et donnent sur une rue avec beaucoup de circulation, ce qui est très bruyant. Le balcon de la cuisine donne directement sur la terrasse d’un restaurant qui est ouvert matin et soir. La propreté de la salle de bain, et de la cuisine (four et hotte) est à revoir.
