Directions and photo of the property allowed us to find it without issue. A small drive into the town. On-site parking was helpful. Rita met us as we drove in and was very welcoming. The room was very neat and clean. The bed was very comfy and shower hot. Timing and weather did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor sitting area but it looked nice. Location was quiet. Would stay again if in the area and recommend it to others.
A minor WIFI issue was addresses right away.

We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Martin & Rita were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us attending a family wedding in Tinakilly County House.

Very clean and comfortable room and friendly hosts!
I found the private bathroom quite cold and humid. I thought I’d take a hot shower but the water was just warm.

Hosts were very friendly and everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nice and warm at night. Dining and kitchen area was fully equipped and we were made very comfortable using it. We also felt totally free to come in and out as we needed throughout our stay.
There was no breakfast included for a place advertised as bed and breakfast. There was no hot tap water at sinks and no heating in the morning when staying at the end of December, while our group included a 70yo and a 3yo - wouldn't have been such an issue on warmer days, though. Unfortunately, we could also hear snoring throughout the night from each of the rooms, which was quite disruptive for us all.
