    Stayed 4 nights with 2 teenage kids. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Great location to explore London. The washing machine came handy and it was a very comfortable stay.

    After the booking has confirmed by Agoda, I was hoping to receive a confirmation from the property, together with checking information. There was absolutely nothing. I thought because there was no prior communication, they might have a reception desk on arrival to assist me with booking in. There was nothing. I arrived at the property after 7pm, it was raining and was very dark outside, and I could not get in. I email Agoda, copied in the email for the property which was included in Agoda's confirmation email, someone got back to me and said because I have not confirmed my ID after booking. Excuse me, where in the email confirmation that says this? Nowhere! They sent me an email with the link to ID confirmation which required I upload my passport and a selfie of myself which I did, but it did not accept it saying the quality of the images is poor. I stood in the rain and in the dark, of course the image quality is not the best! I called them again and they said I can email them instead which was sorted. Next, they sent another link for payment for deposit of £200. This information was not communicated by Agoda and should have been informed by the property prior to arrival but they never did. So I stood on the street when it is dark, trying to get my ID out to take a picture, and trying to get my bank card detail to pay for the deposit. Seriously, I felt unsafe as I could be robbed. I would expect the property to let me go inside the foyer where there is lighting and is safe for me to perform all those initial tasks but NO, everything had to be completed on the street. I felt both scared and outraged for standing in the dark, under the rain for 45 minutes. NEXT, I booked an Executive One-Bedroom Apartment, they gave me a twin bedroom with small bedrooms which I did not like. And there is no wifi as advertised. It turned out the wifi router was broken, it even had a label on it 'DO NOT USE'. In the morning, a staff knocked on the door to collect that broken router for fixing. Only positive thing is that the cleanliness of the place is commendable.
