Friendly staff. Great central location and good value for money.
Radiator would not turn off, which made the room uncomfortable in the summer heat. The en-suite description was technically accurate, however not desirable as the toilet and showing located in a cupboard.

Good location, we could walk to and from Liverpool, the metro and other areas. Good proximity to good pubs for food/drink. The breakfast was simple but its enough to keep one full for a few hours. Having in mind that it's only a 2 star hotel, I feel it's an okay stay for a few days.
Our room had a hair dryer, kettle, soap, shampoo and towels. The staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately the beds were horrible, we could feel the springs, it was not comfortable at all. If a renewal of the mattresses happens, then it's perfect!

Sorry there wasn’t much I like about the room
It’s was unclean the soap dispenser in the shower was broken and dirty, the ceiling light cable was full of dust and the bed was situated underneath it. And then to have the head side of the bed placed under a marble fireplace - come on that’s just an accident waiting to happen, or how many accidents have already occurred!
And wardrobe was all broken at the back.
And the breakfast was of so poor quality.
£134 for 1 night, you can least provide a decent breakfast. A few croissants and pain au chocolates. Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures, I wish we would have done.
And lastly I will not be booking that hotel again
