Good location, we could walk to and from Liverpool, the metro and other areas. Good proximity to good pubs for food/drink. The breakfast was simple but its enough to keep one full for a few hours. Having in mind that it's only a 2 star hotel, I feel it's an okay stay for a few days.
Our room had a hair dryer, kettle, soap, shampoo and towels. The staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately the beds were horrible, we could feel the springs, it was not comfortable at all. If a renewal of the mattresses happens, then it's perfect!

Good value for money
Bed was uncomfortable, springs dug into me and didn’t sleep well. Also was freezing during my stay and radiator in my room was Luke warm as needed bleeding, but did ask and was given an extra blanket. Staff were great.

Didn’t get breakfast as had to leave early and none was offered to take either us. Room was small, cramped with and very, very hot. I appreciate the weather was exceptional but I had the worst night as simply could sleep would not stay there again.
