I had a good night's sleep ..... something of a rarity in my experience.
No reasonable person would complain.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially as the door entry system didn't work, he was able to sort it. the room was very compact but clean. View was good, but then i was in the top floor room.
Room was small, some finishes were a bit tatty and needed refreshing. The en-suite was incredibly compact!
There was no hot water pressure in the morning so i couldn't have a shower.
Taps were stiff and hard to turn off, there was hot water in the taps though.
Breakfast finished at 9, which i think is too early, should be 10.
