Location, nice facilities
A couple of the beds were slightly uncomfortable, one bed didn’t have a comforter on it

How close it was to the beach and the rooms were roomy.
The bed mattresses were terrible, the shower heads weren’t good no pressure, the 2 beds downstairs were missing slates so the beds would fall or tilt in. The washer leaked out the downstairs vent. The bunk beds were crammed into a room making it hard to get to bathroom. The pool stayed dirty.
