At home, grab some coffee and start the day on the shady patio out back or the second-floor balcony in the front. Have a dip in the pool and enjoy some Florida sunshine before starting the day. Inside, the sleek, well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space when it’s time to make mealtime magic. Dine together at the window-front table for six, then head out to explore. When you return, relax in the central AC or head back out to the pool. Entertainment options include free WiFi, cable, and six TVs, so everyone can find something to watch. At the end of the night, rest well in any of the six bedrooms, with the primary suite on the first floor, four bedrooms on the second floor, and the final bedroom on the top floor. Pool heat is available upon request. Please request at least 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure it is activated for your stay.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is my 2nd time staying at this house and it was just as great as the first time! So big and spacious! Easy check in and check out! Quick response from the property manager, Bailey! I will be back next year to do it all over again!

Overall the home was decent and as pictured. The pool should have been cleaned/vacuumed. The outdoor grill was very dirty and all of the grill cleaning tools were shoved under the grill on the ground. Bathroom in the top floor bedroom was dirty…previous guests’ hair all over shampoo and conditioner bottles, mold around drain in shower. Huge wasp nests on the front of house that should be removed. A review from April 2025 notes stove burners not working. Unfortunately the burners remain broken, but we were informed of this prior. TV remotes in bedrooms turned on the tv but would not change channels or apps. Mattresses uncomfortable. More than an 11 minute walk from this home to the beach.

The overall stay at the property was nice. There were a few issues though. The stove in the kitchen only had two burners that worked. Also, the advertise golf cart invites were not available for use. We followed the instructions to a T, several times, but still was unable to get a golf cart which hindered our trip. One of the toilets was stopped up upon arrival and we had to plunge it for one of the guest rooms. And we had to replace batteries in the remote on the third floor..

Good location has no private beach access but you can drive easily to the public beach access and there are plenty of places to shop close, beautiful house in a gates quite neighborhood.
