This newly built luxury home sleeps 17 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, balconies with lounge seating, and a game room with 2 custom wall-mounted arcades, foosball, and bumper pool. Located right across from the 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion.

It was a perfect spot for our family reunion. I really enjoyed that each bedroom had a king size bed and its own Bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding a pizza cutter, pot holders and dish clothes.

The property itself was absolutely wonderful. Had every amenity we needed. We had one issue with the golf cart that was handled quickly. Would definitely recommend property and management company.

Alex was great to work with. The property is in a great location. Right across the street from the pool. Easy walk/golf cart drive to the beach or to shops. Grills right across the street. Honestly, it was fantastic!
