Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Lucky Catch is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

My family really enjoyed this home. Excellent location. Especially being able to walk out your backyard to the community pool. The golf cart for beach was great. Local stores close and easy to access for groceries.
Interior of home beautifully decorated. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen well stocked. Couple small issues upon arrival but management took care of immediately. Would definitely use Coastal Retreats for rental again.

We were overall veey happy with the house and the pool. There were a few minor things but overall it was a very good experience. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and with 2 living areas the "littles" were able to enjoy some cartoon time on the second floor recliner couch. Cleanliness was impressive as well. Having the pool pavilion right out the back door was perfect for us making it easy to go in for lunch and snacks. The only drawback was the distance to the beach. While only an 8 minute walk it was a challenge with several little ones. The golf cart was also a big plus for us. Overall we had a wonderful week and would definitely consider staying here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group — tons of spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which made everything so convenient. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids, and we appreciated the added peace of mind with the community pool being just outside the back gate but securely fenced. The kitchen is a dream — oversized and fully equipped, it truly feels like a gourmet chef’s kitchen, especially with that massive fridge! One of our favorite perks was having access to the large golf cart, which made getting around so fun and easy. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!
