This newly built luxury home sleeps 20 with 4 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite, and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, private access to the pool pavilion, and expansive suites and covered balconies. Have family friendly competition in the game room complete with a custom wall-mounted arcade games with 3,500+ games. Mimosa Manor is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Private access from the back porch to the 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse! Mimosa Manor offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Our family had a great time. The house was wonderful. We had plenty of room to spread out. The view of the pond was beautiful. Everything we needed was nearby. We would definitely love to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stray at Mimosa Manor. The home was beautiful and conveniently located. The pool was close in proximity and very relaxing. We were also pleased with the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, etc. There was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely consider this property again for future stays!!!

Had an amazing week in Miramar beach last week with our party of 16. This was our 9th visit to the Miramar/Destin area in recent years and "Mimosa Manor" was rated our top house rental by our family/group, just beating out the "Front Porch" which coincidentally is also in the Retreat at Miramar complex that we stayed in a few years ago across the street. Everyone loved the houses decor and layout, kitchen size (fridge), direct backyard access to pond/pool/grilling areas (7 Green eggs), golf cart and we highly utilized the back porch sitting area which was great overlooking the pond fountain. The house was very clean, well equipped, and communication with Alex at Coastal Retreats was top notch. Looking forward to booking our next trip sometime soon. Thanks!
